Turn around time is typically 2 - 3 business days from the time we receive your order.  Once shipped we will foward you the tracking number so you will be able to track status of your package(s).  All our orders are professionally packaged and insured. If there is any breakage in shipment contact us ASAP for replacement.

All orders are shipped via DHL.  We currently use a flat-rate system:

Return Policy:  Any product returns for reasons other than breakage in transit or defects may be returned at the customer's expense.  Only cost of products will be refunded.  Customer will incur all shipping charges. 

Claims:  All claims MUST be made within eight (8) business days of receipt. We will either send replacements or issue a credit.  A call tag may be issued depending on items.

Back Orders:  We ship all backorders upon the arrival of merchandise from Romania.
