WHAT IF ITEMS ARRIVE BROKEN?
If you receive anything that is broken during shipping, call or email us ASAP and we will send out a replacement. In some cases we will send you a call tag to
send back broken product.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GLASSWARE?
As with all crystal, hand-washing is recommended. Enclosed with every order is a "How ti care for your glassware" sheet.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
Typical shipping length is about 2 weeks. If an item is back-ordered (not typical) you will be notified right away.
WHAT IF I GET MY GLASSES AND I DON'T LIKE THEM?
In a rare case that this may happen, simply call us or email within 5 business days of recieving them to let us know. Upon arrival of your glasses we will
refund you the full amount of the product (not including shipping). We want every customer to be a satisfied customer.
