    Our glasses are made of lead-free, mouth-blown crystal.  This exquisite glassware is imported from Romania where Old World craftsmen specialize in creating the highest in quality. Each piece is mouth-blown and delicately hand decorated.  As with all hand crafted creations there may be slight imperfections, which confirm the one-of-a-kind uniqueness of these pieces. However, each glass is put through a rigorous quality control process insuring that only the highest of quality product is imported to the USA.

*All our orders are professionally packaged and insured. If there is any breakage in shipment contact us ASAP for replacement.

Return Policy:  Any product returns for reasons other than breakage in transit or defects may be returned at the customer's expense.  Only cost of products will be refunded.  Customer will incur all shipping charges. 

Claims:  All claims MUST be made within eight (8) business days of receipt. We will either send replacements or issue a credit.  A call tag may be issued depending on items.
